Is your 2.0 TDI not reaching operating temperature? P0128, poor heating, and temperature dropping on the highway – we can fix this in Krakow or online

If you have a 2.0 TDI CR from the VAG family (often: CGLC, CJCA and similar) and you see a typical set of symptoms:

-P0128 fault code (coolant temperature “below thermostat regulating temperature”),
-the car takes a long time to warm up,
-it reaches temperature in city traffic, but drops and fails to hold ~90°C on the highway,
- weak cabin heating, fuel consumption increases, and the DPF may regenerate more frequently,

in 90% of cases, it is not just “one magic software parameter.” Usually, the problem lies in the mechanics of the cooling system (thermostat/s, bypasses, EGR cooler) or in the absence/inefficient operation of the cabin auxiliary heater.
