THINKTOOL EURO EXPERT 394 is a new model of the advanced diagnostic device from ThinkCar for 2024. Full diagnostics of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and electric vehicles, as well as the possibility of retrofitting diagnostics for trucks supported by artificial intelligence.

In the new version of the testers, the manufacturer adds free electric vehicle diagnostics to the main software. The new VCI head with a nominal voltage of 12/24 V can be used to diagnose vehicles over 3.5 tons – an option available at an additional cost for the HD package module.

The diagnostic device has the ability to remotely diagnose the vehicle through trusted workshops providing such services.

Remote diagnostics can be used in many ways:

– coding functions that are not available in the diagnostic tester

– programming controllers when the tester does not offer this option,

– possibility of unlocking SGW gates

– removal of component protection, e.g. VAG group

– and many others

ThinkCar does not charge any fees for remote diagnostics services; the customer agrees on a specific amount with the workshop offering technical assistance.
