Chinese electronics play by their own rules
Chinese cars use European components, but software, security and powertrains are often built for the Chinese market. That is why every car starts with diagnostics, not a ready-made file.

Local ECU variants
We see familiar Bosch and Delphi units, often in versions made for the Chinese market. Reading and writing them takes the right tools and a proven procedure.

Popular 1.5 T engines respond well to careful calibration. Every change is matched to the specific engine and gearbox.

In EVs we do not change the battery or maximum power, only pedal response. DTE Systems PedalBox EV adds modes from efficient Long Range to Performance.

We check the car and fault codes, then read the original software and keep a backup.

We measure power and torque on the dyno to know your car's starting point.

We prepare changes for the specific engine and gearbox, keeping factory protections.

We measure again, test drive and hand the car back with a before-and-after chart.

The list keeps growing. Send us the make, model, year and engine and we will check the options.
Does tuning affect my warranty?
It depends on your car's warranty terms. We discuss them before any work and recommend the easiest solution to reverse, such as an external module or restoring the original software.
Do you tune Chinese electric cars?
Yes. In EVs we fit the DTE Systems PedalBox EV, which changes accelerator response and adds a Limit mode and immobiliser.
Can I send a file instead of visiting?
Yes. Workshops and tuners can use our file service: upload the ORI read and we send back the modified file.
