Opel Astra J 1.4 Turbo – Stage 1 + operating temperature reduction

The service includes individual ECU tuning based on driving logs and dynamometer measurements (before and after). Calibration is performed with an emphasis on repeatable results and the safety of stock components.

Scope of work:

Engine control unit programming (custom ECU remap)

Stage 1 – improved flexibility and increased power

Tuning for real logs: boost, ignition, AFR, IAT

Lowering the engine operating temperature (modification of thermal maps and cooling strategies)

Verification of the effects on the dynamometer
