Modification prepared for a specific BMW E60 with a 2.5d 177 HP engine, based on an individual analysis of the ORI file. In this case, the goal is not to maximize power, but to improve driving economy, smoothness, and relieve stress on components operating over a long period.

Eco mod changes the torque characteristics and engine operation in the low and mid-range RPMs. The car reacts faster to throttle input during normal driving, maintains lower load at constant speed, and genuinely consumes less fuel on highways and in the city. At the same time, engine refinement and safety are preserved.

EGR disabling eliminates the problem of exhaust gases returning to the intake system. The engine runs cleaner, carbon deposits build up slower in the manifold and on the valves, which translates into more stable operation and a lower risk of future malfunctions.
