2.0 TDI not warming up? P0128, poor heating and temperature dropping on the road – we'll fix it in Krakow or online.
If you have a 2.0 TDI CR from the VAG family (often: CGLC, CJCA and similar) and you see a typical set of symptoms:
- error P0128 (fluid temperature "too low compared to expected"),
-the car takes a long time to warm up ,
-it rises somewhat in the city, but drops on the road and doesn't maintain ~90°C ,
- cabin heating is weak , fuel consumption increases and the DPF can burn more often,
In 90% of cases, it's not "one magic parameter in the software." Usually, the problem lies in the cooling system mechanics (thermostat(s), bypasses, EGR cooler) or in the lack/ineffective operation of the cabin heater (PTC/auxiliary heater) .
That's why we're doing what needs to be done: adjusting the warm-up strategy .
Online: modifications to the file (online files) – without arrival
We provide remote services for clients from all over Poland (and beyond):
What the online process looks like:
-
You send the ECU file (read by your interface or a friendly workshop).
-
You receive a ready-made, customized file + instructions for the diagnostic test.
