This project perfectly demonstrates that chip tuning can be effectively and safely performed on almost any vehicle with a turbocharger – even a small, economical diesel like the Toyota Auris 1.4 D4D .
During implementation, we focused on improving flexibility, work culture and dynamics – without overloading the equipment.
The Bosch EDC17C47 (SW 006943) ECU has been individually mapped and optimized in the Stage 1 version, based on measurements from the Dynomax / Dynomet dynamometer.

Thanks to seemingly small changes, we have achieved significantly better flexibility and smoother acceleration , especially in the 1800-3000 rpm range, where the car previously lacked "life".
The increased torque allows for a more comfortable ride on the road and lower fuel consumption with a relaxed driving style.

The modification maintains factory EGT limits, which guarantees the durability of the turbocharger and injection system.
