The new Renault Master 2024 2.3 dCi 160 HP is one of the most frequently chosen models among commercial vehicles in its class.
Great ergonomics and an economical engine go hand in hand with durability, but as with many commercial vehicles, the factory power is not always enough , especially when fully loaded or driving on the road.

That's why we performed a Stage 1 modification for this unit, based on the Bosch SID321 controller, which improved both performance and comfort of daily work.

Scope of work carried out

During tuning, we performed a full analysis of ECU data and dynamic logs to ensure maximum effect with full unit safety .
As part of the modification:

  • ⚙️ We have optimized the torque and boost maps ,

  • 🧩 We have adjusted the fuel and boost dose limits ,

  • 🔧 We have improved the operating characteristics in the lower rev range ,

  • 🔥 We have maintained full temperature safety (EGT) and factory diagnostic protection.

We prepare each Stage 1 file for the SID321 controller individually based on the reading of the original software and measurements from the Dynomax / Dynomet dynamometer.


Modification effects

  • 🧭 Easier starting and smoother acceleration with a load,

  • 🔧 Safe operation of the engine and gearbox,
