Renault Master 2.3 dCi 99 kW (SID321) – more power and no more problems with AdBlue and DPF

The Renault Master with a 2.3 dCi 99 kW (135 HP) engine and the SID321 controller is a very popular model among delivery vehicles, but the standard version often lacks flexibility – especially when fully loaded or when driving in mountainous terrain.

We performed a full modification package on this example, which not only increased power but also resolved some troublesome emissions issues.


Scope of work performed

  • ⚙️ Chiptuning (Stage 1) – individual Stage 1 file prepared based on SID321 software,
    ➜ increase: +55 HP and +85 Nm
    ➜ better throttle response and greater flexibility under load.

  • 🧯 SCR / AdBlue OFF – deactivation of the urea dosing system, no more errors and AdBlue pump failures.

  • 💨 DPF OFF – removal of the particulate filter logic, improving the flow and stability of the unit.


The final effect

After modification, the Renault Master 2.3 dCi has gained a completely new character.
The engine has become more dynamic, responds smoothly to gas and maintains power even with maximum load.
