We present another project – this time KIA Ceed III FL with a 1.6 CRDi 136 HP engine.
The modification was carried out in compliance with the highest standards of safety and control, with an emphasis on precisely matching the ECU software to the capabilities of the drive unit.
Scope of work

Individual ECU software adjustment – we have developed a proprietary Stage 1 file that improves engine efficiency and flexibility across the entire rev range.

Safely push factory limits – optimized torque and pressure maps within manufacturer-specified limits to increase performance without risk of overloading the equipment.

Real-time control of the effects – a series of test runs and power/torque measurements were performed on the Dynomax/Dynomet dynamometer, which confirmed the stability and effectiveness of the modification.
The final effect
The result of our work is not only an increase in power and torque, but above all:

The modification allowed the full potential of the 1.6 CRDi unit to be used, while maintaining factory reliability and smooth operation.
