Another project in our workshop – this time an Audi A4 B9 2.0 TFSI Ultra with a standard power of 190 HP.
After individually tuning the MG1CS001 controller, we obtained 230 HP and 393 Nm , while maintaining full unit safety and driving comfort typical of the series.

Modification process – reading, analysis, tuning

The implementation began with full computer diagnostics and dynamic logs.
The MG1CS001 controller was read via OBD and then analyzed for ignition maps, boost pressure, torque and limiters.

Based on this, we prepared an individual Stage 1 file , tailored to the specific engine and operating conditions.
The modification included:

  • optimization of torque and boost maps,

  • fuel map correction for better gas response,

  • adjusting the torque limits for the S-tronic gearbox.

The file was developed and validated within 30-40 minutes and then tested on Dynomax and Dynomet dynamometers to confirm the stability and repeatability of the results.

Yes – if the modification is performed correctly based on real logs and dynamometer data. We do not change exhaust gas temperature limits or critical turbo parameters.

Does fuel consumption change after tuning?
In normal driving it can drop by up to 0.5 l/100 km because the engine produces more torque at lower revs.

Does the modification affect the durability of the S-tronic gearbox?
No – our torque maps are calibrated to safe factory limits for this transmission.
